Kwena Group Holdings onboards new talent as South African employment agency expands

January 2020 has come and gone leaving absolutely no rest for the wicked. With the new year already in full swing, South African employment agency, Kwena Group Holdings, have made some pertinent strategic changes within their internal operations as they continue to grow and expand their full turn key recruitment and project management solutions to both national and international territories. 

What’s new at Kwena Group Holdings:

Kwena Group Holdings have already infiltrated international waters with a new company division, Kwena Human Capital Limitada, positioned in the capital city of Mozambique, with expansion plans set in motion over the next three years. The African market has proven to be an extremely lucrative one laden with opportunities to provide services and human resources to international enterprises. Kwena Protect, Kwena’s Personal Protective Equipment procurement division sees Heidi Swart appointed as the team’s newest Sales Representative. Heidi has been CEO, Eben de Jongh’s Personal Assistant since Kwena’s inception (and a few years before that), and was promoted at the end of 2019. Heidi’s sales potential and strong work ethic earned her the new title and promotion. 

There have been two major shifts in senior management, as recruitment consultant, Bernadette Orton earns the new position of Kwena Human Capital’s Senior Recruitment Consultant. Bernadette, a lover of all things IT related, has been with Kwena for nearly eight years and looks forward to the challenge at hand. Rikus Vosloo, the former senior consultant and Kwena Human Capital Recruitment Manager, will be responsible for the recruitment companies new business division, sporting the new title of Group Sales Executive. 

Former Administrator, Amanda Arendse was promoted to Office Manager last month and will act as the glue that keeps this well-oiled machine together. Former receptionist Abby van Wyk, steps away from her Front of House role, joining the recruitment team as the latest Recruitment Consultant within the Kwena Human Capital company division.
