Duties for end-to-end resourcing and delivery of candidates for contractor and permanent roles, including:
- Drafting job specifications/Sourcing candidates
- Candidate Screening
- Managing candidate interviews/ assessments/ /Managing employment integrity checks
- Good Understanding of Payslips/ Contractor Rate Cards
- Closing candidates on the job offer
- Onboarding and Management of Contractors candidates
- Support New Business Development initiatives
- Managing client accounts
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience in an agency recruitment environment with focus on Engineering positions
- Experienced in placing contractor resources
- Experienced in managing client accounts – advantageous
- Experienced with recruitment platforms such as PNET, CareerJunction, Linkedin and social media platforms
- Ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities
