Our client, a leading diamond mining concern, is looking for a Mine Manager to join their operations in Lesotho.

The role will be rotational in nature (single status), and candidates who are available immediately will be given preference.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Drive monthly KPI’s
• Manage outsourced mine and plant operations
• Manage a multi-disciplinary owner’s team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mining Engineer
• Blasting certificate and/or Mine Managers certificate preferred
• Experience with both open pit and underground mining
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary owner’s team (with outsourced treatment and mining functions)
• Management/supervisory experience
• Willing and able to work on a rotational basis (10 days on, 4 days off)
