We are looking for a 360 IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Tableview

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Experience with full 360 recruitment (permanent and contractor)
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline (both client and candidate)
  • Managing the full recruitment process (including negotiating offers, on-boarding process, keeping track of placements etc.), as well as managing relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing a referral network and demonstrating excellent headhunting skills
  • Understanding the business of each client in order to provide top calibre resources.
  • Sourcing tactics, headhunting and the ability to effectively screen and shortlist quality candidates.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years agency experience in a generalist role (preferably IT or Technology)
  • Completed matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • Proven track record of placement history is required (permanent and contractor)
  • Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
