It’s hard not to get sentimental this time of year as we take a look back on the rise and fall of  another year gone by. 2019 has been an exceptional year, one that was free from the fear of taking risks, making bold moves to ensure our sustainable future and seeing that growth expand together as a team.

This year alone, Kwena Group Holdings have extended their portfolio significantly, adding to our mantra of being a “full turn key solutions” provider. With two new local divisions under our belt, Kwena Protect and Kwena Risk Solutions, we have taken our service offering to new heights while growing our client base and keeping our customers extremely happy.

Our first RPO with IoT.NXT was always going to be a massive challenge, one we have somehow managed to overcome, striving for excellence and timeous delivery. Keep up the good work.

On the international front, we welcomed some new faces to the team. Alroy Fortune, our Client Liaison in Africa, continues to broaden our service offering in Guinea and other African territories. Our investment in Africa remains strong, with opportunities such as Nimba and Kwena Human Capital Limitada starting to take shape, fitting into our bigger, global plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver Administration and welfare of all employees and the reporting of matters which require further attention to ensure maximum productivity
• Handling of sick leave and hospitalisation
• Completion of attendance records and PDP maintenance
• Vehicle maintenance and administration
• Assistance with production and planning

Truck Drivers

Contract position. Fluent in Portuguese and English with a valid passport and Code 14 or Class D Drivers Licence. Minimum 6 – 8 years experience.

Tipper truck training preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.

3. Kwena Offshore – Electrical Engineers 

Our client is looking for skilled Electrical Engineers with relevant qualifications and experience to relocate to Ireland for long term opportunity.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Can Red Line P&ID’s, MV, LV, ELV schematics
• Develop and understanding wiring schematics
• Carry out lighting calculations design reviews
• Assist with development of commissioning plan
• Ensure checks are completed for compliance
